Returns + Exchanges

OrthoFox is committed to your satisfaction, and allows you to return or exchange products and receive a refund under the following conditions:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or fault, it will be exchanged immediately at no additional cost.​

• The return or exchange period is 14 days from the date of purchase, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.​

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and all included accessories.​

• Proof of purchase is required, such as the purchase invoice or online order number.​

• Refunds are processed via InstaPay after the returned product is received and inspected and once it is confirmed that all return conditions are met.​
